This of course will result in a failed login. When I look at these logs it is showing that I have been attempting to login with the same userid which I use to log into my ubuntu rather than my usernames (I have several user accounts) for my web host. this seemingly is even after putting in the correct username / password, and having access and reading and writing files for a short period of time.
Now what I have received today is a copy of the logs from my hosts which shows that I have been giving failed login attempts to their servers. The problem doesn't lay with my internet connection, the web hosts or my modem. I was previously using expandrive in my windows 7 virtual machine (through virtualbox) with no issues. The symptoms are that I can usually connect fine and use it but then at random times (usually within 10 to 20 minutes of use) I will get blocked completely from ftp/ssh/web for a couple of hours untill their security unblocks me. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and they havent provided too much info untill today. The problem is that I keep getting blocked for access to them from my host.
I have them bookmarked down the left hand side for quick access. I am using SSH via ubuntu nautilus to connect directly to my servers. I am having an issue with my web host connections.
